Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided to the email associated with your order.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $300.
Delivery Times
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery estimates provided by USPS are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier and recipient. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact USPS directly to file a claim or investigation. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some products may be sensitive to heat or environmental conditions during transit. While we do our best to package products appropriately, we are not responsible for damage caused by exposure to heat, weather, or extended transit times after the package leaves our facility.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled free of charge before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
